Maplin has been at the forefront of battery distribution since the 1980's. We are one of the oldest authorised distributors of Renata watch batteries in Europe, having distributed the brand since the mid 1980's. Soon after, we became official Varta distributors and in subsequent years we became official Rayovac and Energizer and other brands' distributors . We have supplied tens of millions of batteries over the years and have been a leading battery recycler over our time too.
